Jackie Chan suffered a minor shoulder injury in Jelgava

May 1st in Jelgava during filming "Chinese Zodiac" Jackie Chan received a slight shoulder injury and was caught in camera lenses with the bandage.

But fans don’t have to worry – it’s already May 2nd Jackie walked without a bandage and made a statement that the condition of his arm had improved.

The injury was not too serious, and filming was not suspended. Officially they should end on May 8th.

Interesting fact: The film stars another real fighter. His name is Mark Canonizado (Marc Canonizado). He has Filipino, Japanese and Spanish ancestry. Canonizado – 7-time world champion, owns taekwondo, capoeira и kung Fu. Received his black belt at the age of 8.

Yesterday, Jackie met on the set with Latvian Prime Minister Valdis Dombrovskis, who posted a photo of Chan on his Twitter and invited him to return to Latvia once again to film the sequel.

Jackie’s hand is fine; yesterday he held a birthday cake with it, congratulating one of the members of the film crew (Mark).
