Two sequels to "John Wick", a remake of "Nowhere Man" and a film adaptation of "Bullet Train"

The mega-successful franchise about the silent hitman John Wick will be replenished with not one sequel, but two at once. This became known recently at a press conference of the companies 87 Eleven Entertainment и CJ E&M.

About the fact that the trilogy "John Wick" will receive a sequel, it became known last year immediately after its release "Parabelluma". However, in the dungeons of the film companies, it was decided to shoot one big film, which would later be divided into two parts. They should be the final one in the numbered franchise.

The screenplay for the two sequels was written by the screenwriter of the main trilogy. Derek Kolstad, who, according to information from the press conference, has already written the script for the spin-off "John Wick" - TV series "Continental". However, apart from this information, we did not receive any news about the upcoming series.

It also said that at the moment it is unknown whether the director of the trilogy will return Chad Stahelski to the position of director of sequels or will continue to perform producing duties along with the leading actor Keanu Reeves. Chad himself is considering a similar development of events, but another project is already assigned to him - a remake "Highlander", about which, however, there has been no news for a long time.
