MMA and Bollywood fans can get ready for the release of a new sports drama, "Brothers" (Brothers). However, the wording “new” is not the most appropriate here, since this is another remake. This time, the Indian director Karan Malhotra remade the MMA drama"Martial Artist"2011, from Tom Hardy и Joel Edgerton starring. Like previously reported, the main roles went to the martial arts master, Akshay Kumar and for a beginner - Sidharth Malhotra. The role of the brothers' father went to a Bollywood classic Jackie Shroff.
Official trailer for the film "Brothers"
The fight choreography in the film was done Eric Brown, Justin Yu, Emmanuel Manzanares, и Vlad Rimburg. At least the last two of those listed are serious guys who can show a beautiful fight.
Film "Brothers" is set to release in India on August 14th.

Today I watched the trailer for our remake. What a waste our modern filmmakers are... words simply cannot describe what a disgrace. Bondarchuk as a trainer of an alcoholic father... his son as one of the brothers....

Ravenside,
Agree with you. What bothered me the most was the “acting” of all the performers, wow, it’s noticeable even in the trailer....and also moronic training, like being hung by the neck, etc......actually some kind of nonsense! But maybe I’ll watch it because of the fighting, although something tells me there will be a shaky camera and terrible editing.
Ours are also not lagging behind in copying).

Alex,
I don’t even know what will be worse - Bollywood or our craft))
It's a challenge! There will be a serious confrontation!)
Thanks for the news, I saw it a little earlier on Kinopoisk, it was, of course, ripped off in detail even from “Warrior”. I’m not sure that there will be something worthwhile, however, if, as in the original, one of the other breaks the arm, and then the two of them dance to the music, then at least we’ll laugh...
At the beginning of the trailer I thought there would be no "Indian Matrix", but no, at the end they ruined everything!!!
apparently the training will be normal in the film =)))
