Quotes

Martial art is a form of self-expression, an expression of your inner self through your hands and feet.
As much as I love classical martial arts theories, most of which are very valuable for fighters, achieving the highest level of skill requires the versatility and ability to improvise like a jazz musician or actor. The highest degree of skill is the ability to easily switch between styles, movements and rhythms.
